Biography

Carl earned a Batchelor of Arts from Texas A&M University in 1991, a Language and Culture Degree from the University of Salamanca in 1992 and a Doctorate of Juris Prudence from South Texas College of Law in 1995. He holds his contracting licenses in Louisiana, Arkansas and West Virginia and his real estate license in Texas. However, Carl’s greatest achievement is his happy, healthy family that lives in Fort Worth, Texas where they enjoy fishing, hunting, camping and boating together.
