Chloe Krause is a dedicated Law Clerk at Daly & Black, specializing in first-party cases. Chloe is currently in her third year at South Texas College of Law, where she is an esteemed member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Society, a Presidential Scholar, and a Dean’s List honoree.

Her proficiency in managing first-party insurance cases is highlighted by her experience as a licensed property and casualty, and life and health insurance agent. In these roles, she acquired in-depth knowledge of the operations of numerous insurance companies conducting business in Texas and other states. Chloe’s diverse background in insurance gives her a thorough understanding of different legal issues, allowing her to bring exceptional expertise in representing cases brought by policyholders.
