Kayvon Alihossini

Biography

Kayvon Alihossini is a Shareholder and Chair of the Personal Injury Litigation Division at Daly & Black. He has represented clients in personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, and business litigation. Kayvon has represented clients as both Plaintiffs and Defendants, allowing him to provide a unique and diversified strategy. He has handled both sides of complex litigation, including Multi-District Litigations, arbitrations, and state courts trials. Kayvon believes establishing rapport with his clients is imperative in his line of work. He strives to provide his clients with a work product that earns and maintains their trust.

Prior to joining Daly & Black, Kayvon worked at an AM Law 100 firm. His experience includes handling catastrophic injuries, business disputes, construction defects,  director/officer disputes, and real estate disputes. Now, he has devoted 100% of his time and effort to representing clients in personal injury matters.

Kayvon has been licensed in the State of Texas since 2017. He is also licensed to practice in the US District Court – Southern District of Texas and Eastern District of Texas. Kayvon graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston and from Charlotte School of Law with his J.D. He is also an active member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.
