Guadalupe (Lupe) joined Daly & Black in 2018 as an intake specialist. Prior to joining the Daly & Black team, Lupe was employed with AIG as an intake specialist, where she gained valuable knowledge and experience in the field. Her background in this role has provided her with a strong foundation in client relations and intake processes.

Lupe is fluent in Spanish and is a passionate advocate for bridging communication gaps between the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients and attorneys. She understands the importance of translating and interpreting in the most simplistic terms so that the firm’s clients may feel comfortable and well-informed. Lupe’s motto is, “Every client deserves personal attention,” reflecting her dedication to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every client feels valued and understood.
