Marissa LaPonte, our Director of Training at Daly and Black, P.C., brings a unique approach to cultivating talent and fostering professional development. With a decade of experience in learning, development, and training, she is committed to empowering growing professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in today’s dynamic legal landscape.
As our Director of Training, Marissa LaPonte plays a crucial role in adapting and implementing comprehensive training programs. These programs are specifically tailored to meet the evolving needs of our legal team, showcasing her adaptability and deep understanding of the industry. Before joining Daly and Black, P.C., she excelled as a regional training manager for over a decade.
Marissa holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from California State University, Fresno. She is committed to staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in education and training, continually seeking opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Outside of work, Marissa enjoys spending time with her furry companions, playing fetch, and walking with her dogs. She also finds solace in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes and cuisines to satisfy her culinary curiosity. Additionally, she relishes the challenge of a round of golf on weekends, finding relaxation and camaraderie on the course. As an avid reader, she can often be found immersed in a good book. Marissa prioritizes maintaining a healthy lifestyle and regularly engages in exercise activities such as biking, yoga, and weightlifting.
